Digital copying

According to agreement between university colleges and Copydan on copyright material, there has been an expansion of the framework for digital copying of subscription resources since February 2014.
It is allowed to copy up to 20% of a material, but no more than 30 pages of the same material, for educational or internal administrative purposes per student every six months.

This does not hold for licence agreements such as Infomedia or international licenses. The copydan agreement does not cover licences with other contractors.

What is digital copying?
Digital copying is downloading or copying from the internet using a CD or DVD burner.
Rules on reporting to Copydan are the same as for scanned materials.
